LYON CONFLUENCE is a public company founded in 1999 by the city of Lyon and Grand-Lyon in order to undertake the urban development of the Lyon-confluence area. The role of SPL Lyon Confluence is among others to perform all studies prior to redevelopment and construction operation; conduct all acquisitions of buildings or unbuilt-on plots, to draw up all contract and agreements in order to control land and to sale land to real estate developers; conduct the operation, management, maintenance and enhancement of public infrastructure.
