LEAD features in the second edition of the Cities in Motion Magazine – published by POLIS – in an article diving in the transformation of a parking lot into an Urban Consolidation Centre in Madrid.
The article penned by Cláudia Ribeiro (POLIS), Angel Batalla (LastMile Team) and Alfonso Molina (CityLogin), goes into detail on how Madrid reduced the travelled distance by 30% and greenhouse gas emissions by 80%, by using an Urban Consolidation Centre (UCC) to deliver parcels with clean vehicles to the city’s heart.
